Other Funding Opportunities
- The Fritz Thyssen Foundation awards stipends to German PhD and postdoctoral applicants (those who have held a PhD for no more than two years by the time of application).
We are a young lab based in the School of Biochemistry, University of Bristol. We are always looking for talented undergraduate and postgraduate students, and postdocs who have strong interest in chromosome segregation and cytoskeletal dynamics. The Wellcome Trust Dynamic Molecular Cell Biology PhD programme in Bristol is a major path to joining the lab as a PhD student. We are also happy to support candidate PhD and postdoctoral researchers with their applications for EMBO fellowships, Boehringer Ingelheim PhD fellowships or similar other programmes. If you wish to join us, please contact Binyam with a brief statement of interest and a CV.
Bristol was named the ‘most desirable place to live in Britain’ in the Sunday Times Best Places to Live Guide and ‘the coolest city in Britain’ by Rough Guides in 2017 beating even London to the top of the list!
